Production Capacity

Manas presently has a land area of 35000 square feet and an operating area of about 30000 square feet. We still provide cutting-edge Indian technology, such compressed gas flow meters, oxygen flow meters, and compressed air flow meters, to name a few. There are 1200 electromagnetic flow meters, 500 steam flow meters, 800 thermal mass flow meters, 500 BTU meters, and 500 ultrasonic flow meters in Manas Microsystems annual production capacity, and these figures are constantly increasing.

The Manufacturing Set Up

Our testing and manufacturing facilities include the tools and technology required to create the best-in-class flow meters, in addition to a skilled crew. A flow metering of concentrated H2SO4 or a bitumen emulsion are two examples of the innovative solutions the Manas team has developed.

Our machine shop is outfitted with the necessary tools, such as hydro pressure testing equipment, a bandsaw machine for cutting pipes, milling equipment with DRO, and lathe machines. All of our goods are painted in a state-of-the-art paint facility. Some of the materials used to make the liner are Teflon, PTFE, and hard rubber lining.

Our set-up includes a Laser Welding Machine, a Manual Welding Station, and an SPM Welding Machine for welding and more that results in smooth production of Clamp On Type Ultrasonic Flow Meter, BTU Meter For Chiller Application, IoT Based Flow Meter With Cloud Based Communication, Insertion Ultrasonic Flow Meter, etc.

Testing Facility

To ensure that they operate in challenging operating conditions, our electronic components are put to damp and dry heat testing. In every way, we are concerned about our customers. All of the pipes we use must pass a radioactive test to see if they are radioactively contaminated.

To verify that our flow metres function during the rainy season in an open environment, we also conduct IP-67 and IP-68 tests, both of which are confirmed by organizations like ARAI and SGS. That our Electromagnetic Flow Meter's sensor can function underwater is no surprise. We utilize dry, clean air at a pressure of 2.5 bar to test for welding leaks. It is our advanced testing facilities that are enable us to deliver flawless range and confidently claim there quality.

Calibration Services

In addition to calibrating our own flow meters at Manas Microsystem, we also offer these services for flow metres from other manufacturers. Both the Air Flow Discipline and the Water Flow Discipline offer calibration facilities. In this Air Flow Discipline, we cover a wide range of calibration, ranging from 5 to 1725 Nm3/h and line widths ranging from DN10 to DN200. In addition to calibration, we provide our clients installation and commissioning services, repairs, and AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts). We keep our product quality above and above what customers would normally expect.
